In Ultimate, The Spirit Of The Game instills the responsibility of fair play into players, and uniquely introduces a self-officiating element. Spirit circles take place at the end of a game, where both teams come together for a huddle; opponents on the pitch, friends off the field. An Ultimate game can never be won by just one player, and even a goal requires a pass into the endzone. This particular element of scoring requires utmost trust in your teammates, and the team takes precedence over individual excellence. As our head coach Benjamin Ho always says, “There is no such thing as a superstar player, only a superstar team.”
