More than 100 students and 50 term contract staff got to know each other better through Homeground, an annual event organised by Raffles Community Advocates. Held on 24 February, this carnival celebrates the efforts of our contract staff, who include cleaners, gardeners and technicians.

After an opening speech by Principal Mr Frederick Yeo, students and staff enjoyed performances by Raffles Chorale and the RI String Ensemble. They also had great fun playing sports like Cricket (with the Year 1-4 team), Basketball (with the Year 5-6 team) and Volleyball (with the Year 5-6 team). The event concluded with the students serving the staff lunch to show their appreciation.
