About the Programme
Building on the foundations of our Lower Secondary Science programme, our Upper Secondary curriculum deepens students’ appreciation of science as a way of thinking that is rooted in inquiry, observation and hypothesis-building. In addition to inculcating an awareness of ethical considerations and science’s impact on society, our programme encourages our students to challenge assumptions, observe objectively and use scientific language with fluency and precision.
Through our curriculum, our students develop a strong grasp of scientific concepts, process skills and key values such as objectivity, integrity and rigour. They come to understand that scientific progress is a collaborative endeavour – one that shapes innovation across disciplines and contributes meaningfully to a flourishing human and natural world.
