Mathematics & Further Mathematics
Grounded in mathematical thinking, our students develop the clarity, creativity and discipline to solve problems, challenge assumptions and shape a more compassionate and purposeful world.

Yang Yihan (4E) and Zhang Juntao (25S06D) secured a Gold medal and Silver medal respectively at the 2024 International Mathematics Olympiad held in Bath, UK, together with RI Mathematics educator Mr. Thomas Teo, who served as Deputy Leader for the Singapore team. They were part of the Singapore team achieving 6th in the IMO ranking.
About the Programme
Our Mathematics Programme challenges students to think critically, reason logically and apply their understanding in meaningful ways. They learn to model complex problems, identify patterns and develop elegant solutions that are both precise and purposeful.
With opportunities to join the Raffles Academy or take Further Mathematics, students with aptitude and passion deepen their grasp of abstract concepts and build strong foundations for future pursuits in STEM and beyond.
