Our Years 5 to 6 Physical Education (PE) Programme goes beyond just playing sports. We shape well-rounded individuals who can move skillfully, think critically, and collaborate effectively across a wide range of sports and activities.
Beyond skill acquisition, we help our students find enjoyment in physical activity and build positive habits that support lifelong health and fitness. Our programme offers a broad range of sports and fitness modules – including unique experiences such as Muay Thai, kickboxing and K-pop dance – that not only encourage students to step outside their comfort zones and explore new forms of movement, but also equips them with the confidence to lead a healthy and active lifestyle beyond school.
