Our Student Leadership Programme nurtures a culture of initiative, service and growth. In Years 5 and 6, students take on greater responsibility as they lead and support their peers in shaping a vibrant, compassionate Rafflesian community.
The Students’ Council offers the most immersive leadership experience. Elected through House-based campaigning and interviews, councillors represent the student voice, collaborate with school leaders and organise events that build school spirit and support student well-being. Guided by teacher-mentors and shaped by regular feedback and reflection, our students grow in confidence, character and conviction.
Leadership also takes root in CCAs and class life. CCA Leaders model initiative and care as they guide their groups, while Class Leaders and subject representatives help foster an inclusive, cohesive classroom environment. Across these roles, our students learn to lead with empathy, communicate with purpose and collaborate across differences as they grow into learners, leaders and pioneers.
