Peer Helpers Programme
Rooted in compassion and service, PHP nurtures individuals who support their peers with confidence and care

About the Programme
Offered by the counselling team at the Raffles Guidance Centre, the Peer Helpers Programme (PHP) trains students to support their schoolmates with empathy, care and discretion. Our Peer Helpers lend a listening ear, offer general peer support and encourage friends to seek professional help when needed.
Through this programme, our students become more reflective and self-aware, deepening empathy for themselves and others. They also develop a better understanding of the diverse needs within the Rafflesian community.
Rooted in compassion and service, PHP nurtures individuals who support their peers with confidence and care. In doing so, our students grow as learners, leaders and pioneers who embrace diverse strengths and contribute to a flourishing human and natural world.
