About the Programme
Our Raffles Humanities Programme nurtures students who are thoughtful, empathetic and intellectually curious about the world around them. Guided by our school's vision of fostering inner wholeness and sense of purpose, we create transformative experiences that help our students better understand themselves, others and the societies they inhabit.
At the heart of our programme lies the Raffles Asia Programme, in which students embark on self-directed research journeys in the humanities and social sciences. With guidance from teachers and external mentors, our students develop essential skills in inquiry, analysis and communication, culminating in a vibrant research symposium where they present their discoveries.
Through the Humanities Wednesday Enrichment, our scholars connect with diverse stakeholders across society, broadening their understanding of the varied narratives that shape our communities. Our students also participate in an overseas programme in Asia, exploring the region's landscapes whilst reflecting on connections with Singapore.
Through these purposeful experiences, our students flourish as critical thinkers, persuasive communicators and engaged global citizens ready to contribute meaningfully with the world around them.
