Important Update on RIPMWC [11 May]

Dear fellow teachers, parents and students,

We sincerely apologise for all the inconvenience caused by the technical issues experienced yesterday at this year’s Primary Mathematics World Contest (RIPMWC) that was administered via the HeyMath portal.  We know that the issues have caused you  unnecessary stress and frustration.

HeyMath is currently investigating the cause of the technical issues.  We are exploring options (including the provision of a make-up test at a later date) and will update the schools directly with the details.

Once again, please accept our sincere apologies and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

[Update: 11 May 2021]

Dear fellow teachers, parents and students,

We will be holding a re-test for all participants of the RIPMWC on either 20 May (Thursday) or 25 May (Tuesday). For more details, please refer to the letter below.

Once again, we would like to apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the technical glitch. We will work with HeyMath to ensure that the re-test will be successful.
