RI Football is restarting in 2024 for all new Y1 boys. This CCA is a new initiative that is part of our Sports Twinning Program with Guangyang Secondary School (Cluster S7). Through this program we hope to achieve the following objectives:DESIRING to enhance the friendly relations between the two Schools and to promote the social mixing of students from both Schools;APPRECIATING the importance of sports co-operation and the cultivation of ties between the two Schools;BELIEVING that co-operation in the field of Football and Basketball CCAs in the form of linkages between the two Schools would achieve the desires of both Schools. Both schools will be training together at GYSS Football field on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 3pm to 6pm.We will be preparing the boys to take part in the National School Games Football competition as well as other related competition to expose and develop their football skills further.
