2022 Year 1: PSLE Appeals Exercise

The PSLE Appeal Exercise is for students who are not posted to Raffles Institution under S1 Posting Exercise. The applications will be considered based on merit and availability of vacancies.

If you were admitted into your secondary school via Direct School Admission (DSA), you are not eligible for this exercise as no DSA transfers are allowed.

In order to be considered, students must have met our cut-off point for this year.

Here is the application period:
Start: 22 December 2021 (Wednesday), 11am 
End: 23 December 2021 (Thursday), 11.59pm
The application will be done online, no hardcopies are required. However we might contact you if we require further verification.

Report to Posted Secondary School
Even if you intend to submit an appeal, all students are required to check their posted school’s website for information on reporting, familiarisation activities, purchase of new uniforms and textbooks.

If students are unable to report to their posted secondary school on the first day of school on 4 January 2022 due to valid reasons, they may contact their posted secondary school directly to confirm that they are taking up the place, and the school will be able to reserve the place for them.

Final Decision
The school's decision on the PSLE Appeal Exercise will be made after the vacancies are ascertained following the S1 Posting results. All applicants will be informed of the outcome of their applications via email by early January 2022. The decision of the Admissions Selection Committee is final and the school will not enter into discussion with the applicants regarding its decision.
