JAE Appeal Exercise 2022

The JAE Appeal Exercise is for students who are not posted to Raffles Institution under the Joint Admission Exercise (JAE). Applications will be considered based on merit and availability of vacancies.

Before you start, please note the following:
If you have been admitted into your posted school via Direct School Admission (DSA), you are not eligible for this exercise as no DSA transfers are allowed.

In order to be considered, students must have met our cut-off point for this year.

Cut off Point: 4 (Science) & 5 (Arts)

Registration

Application Period:
Start on 4 February 2022 (Friday) at 11:00am
End on 8 February 2022 (Tuesday) at 11:59pm

To complete the registration, please scan a copy of the following documents and send it to [email protected] before the end of application period.
1. O’ Level Certificate
2. Form A
3. CCA Records (only if you have CCA bonus points)

Note: Please save the documents in one single document (*PDF format) before naming your file as <StudentName_Last4CharactersOnNRIC>. Example: JohnLoh_123A.pdf

No hardcopy submission is required. However, we might contact you to provide a hardcopy if we need further verification.   

Year 5 Reporting Day
Even if you intend to submit an appeal, all students are expected to report to their posted school.

JC or Millennia Institute (MI):
You must report to the JC or MI at 7.30am on Monday, 07 February 2022 following the release of the JAE posting results.

Polytechnic:
You should receive an enrolment package by end February. You are required to complete your online enrolment by the date stated in the package.

Institute of Technical Education (ITE):
You should receive an enrolment letter within 3 working days after the release of JAE posting results. You must accept the course offer online by the date stated in the letter.

Final Decision
The school's decision on the JAE Appeal Exercise will be made after the vacancies are ascertained following the Joint Admission Exercise (JAE). All applicants will be informed of the outcome of their applications via email latest by 10 February 2022, (Thursday), at 6pm.
