For math enthusiasts, Mathematics Club training covers an extensive range of topics beyond the mathematical curriculum and delves more into competitive mathematics. Topics covered include Algebra, Geometry, Number Theory and Combinatorics. Year 1 students need to perform well in a selection test to be admitted as a member of Mathematics Club. Pupils who consistently excel in Math Competitions may be offered Mathematics Club as a Core CCA from Year 2 onwards. Besides their usual training, our Core members provide Junior and Senior training sessions to non-Mathematics Club members in preparation for Singapore Mathematical Olympiad (SMO) too.
