Volleyball is a complex game of simple skills. The core of volleyball is simple: to not let the ball touch the ground. However, to truly enjoy the game, one needs to work hard on the many technical skills the sport requires—digging, setting, spiking, serving, and diving. Mastering these are crucial and requires great dedication and patience. In a game, players have to make quick and smart decisions. They must face the ball, and receive it well even when it travels at speeds of up to 100km/h, decide who to set the ball to and how to successfully attack, all in the span of less than a second. When precise execution of technical skills, smart tactics and teamwork come together in a game, the adrenaline pumping through your veins is truly a feeling like no other.
