Instructions for the Collection of A-Level Results - Class of 2023

Dear Class of 2023,

The results of the 2023 A-level Examination will be released on 23 February 2024 (Friday), at 2.30 p.m. You will be collecting your results in school. Please read and follow the instructions below, so that the collection can be carried out smoothly and safely. 

Congratulations on crossing another academic milestone together as a batch, we are proud of all your efforts. All the very best for your results and your onward journey from here! 

 

DATE OF COLLECTION

 

23 February 2024 (Friday)

COLLECTION TIME

 

2.30 P.M. – 3.30 P.M.

You will only be allowed to enter the school after 1.30 P.M.

If you are unable to make it by 3.30 P.M., please refer to item (d) under IMPORTANT NOTES.

IF YOU ARE COMING BY MRT, BUS OR ON FOOT

 

You may enter the school via the main gate (Gate 3) or the gate behind the 410 bus stop leading to the canteen (Gate 5).

Please note that you will not be able to enter the school via any other gate, including the gate closest to Marymount MRT Station.

IF YOU ARE COMING BY CAR

 

 

 

 





IF YOUR PARENTS ARE COMING

 

 

 

You will only be able to enter via the main gate (Gate 3) and be dropped off at P4 (next to Professor Brawn Café).

No parking is allowed within the school campus on 23 February 2024 (Friday).

Please note that you will not be able to arrange for pick-up in the school by your family or private-hire vehicle after you have collected your results. Please exit the school on foot and arrange for pick-up outside of school, e.g. at a nearby mall or MRT station.

 

Parents may view the Principal’s Address at Lecture Theatre 1 (LT1).

As no parking is allowed within the school campus on 23 February 2024 (Friday), please inform your parents to park their vehicle at a nearby mall or MRT station and make their way to the school on foot.

VENUE FOR COLLECTION OF RESULTS

 

Please refer to the notices at the entry points for the venue allocated to your Civics Group.


WHEN YOU ARRIVE

 

 

Please take note of the following:

1. Collect the University & Scholarships package upon entry at the canteen walkway.

2. Proceed to the allocated venue, either MPH or ISH, for results collection.


AFTER YOU HAVE COLLECTED YOUR RESULTS

 

Please leave the school via the main gate (Gate 3) or the gate behind the 410 bus stop (Gate 5).


IMPORTANT NOTES

 

a. No parking or waiting is allowed within the school campus.

b. If you are unwell or self-isolating due to a positive Covid-19 test, you should not return to school to collect your results. You should access your results on SEAB’s Candidates Portal from 3.15pm on 23 February 2024 (Friday) till 11.59pm on 7 March 2024 (Thursday). Please refer to MOE's Press Release for detailed information.

d. Eligible candidates can use your Singpass account to access the Portal. International students will receive a system-generated username from SEAB via email a few days before the release. This username will be sent to your personal email.

e. If you are unable to collect your results in person on 23 February 2024 (Friday), you may appoint a proxy to collect a physical copy of your results on your behalf, by filling in the Letter of Authorization.

The physical copy of your results can only be collected by your proxy from 26 February 2024 (Monday) at the Student Affairs Centre, Monday to Friday, from 10am to 4pm.

Your proxy should bring the Letter of Authorization and his/her Identification Card when making the collection.
